What you need to get started:

  1. A moderately fast (56K or better) Internet connection INSIDE
    the classroom with an Internet Browser

  2. A computer that has FLASH installed

    • If you can see the animation at right,
      you have FLASH installed

    • If you cannot see a bouncing ball Click Here

  3. Speakers with volume loud enough so the entire class
    can hear the programs well while exercising

  4. You or one of your kids, acting as "Today's Zonker Leader"
    leads the class by modeling the exercises shown on the
    downloaded screen and pointing to them on the bilingual exercise poster
