GoZonkers Safety Briefing

Summary of Physical Safety Precautions:

  1. GoZonkers Radio Adventures is extended vigorous physical activity. Encourage deep breathing. Make sure no one holds their breath at any time.
  2. Only allow those you know are physically capable to use the Programs.
  3. Encourage children/anyone using the Programs to set their own pace, and slow down or stop if they feel short of breath or feel other physical stress of any kind. If a person cannot do a particular exercise, advise them to modify it or choose another as a substitute, so they may continue with the Program.
  4. Before beginning, make sure every person knows how to do each exercise, and has adequate personal space to do every exercise.
  5. Make sure every person can accomplish each exercise without hitting, or being hit by, objects or others.

Children should be encouraged to have fun during the Radio Programs rather than feeling forced to do something they may not want to do, or feel incapable of doing.

You may choose to have a child lead the class, using the animation screens, giving you more ability to ensure the safety of every person.
